Here the finish result

1-) Easy palette - Libraries -Shape - B01 (148 x 148 pixels) right click on your circle, then align, center both

2-) Galleries - Material - M22 - modify property and apply - color texture - click file - then chose your picture on you PC - Bevel setting width : 2 - depth : 30 -max width : 41 bevel outline : in Bump : click and chose the same picture you open before, density : 100%

3-) Make a second circle Easy palette - Libraries -Shape - B01 (235 x 235 pixels) Galleries - Material -

4-) On your second circle apply : Texte - path effect - bevel - B21

5-) Here you need a texte (optional) if you want to add one - if you decide to add one : Texte - path effect - texture : M22

6-) On your texte :Texte - path effect - warp - Blend 18, adjust your text inside your circle. See picture

7-) Right click on one of your cicrcle, ten select all, then merge at single object.

8-) Photo - focus - See picture.

9-) Save your money on PNG format.
