The stationery scrolls for Outlook express 5.0 only.
The stationery scrolls when sent by OE 5.0 users whether the recipient is using OE 4.0 or  5.0, and includes background sound too.

    This image had to be compressed greatly so it wouldn't take too long to download.
The real file is much better looking.
