Go to effects/ Amphisoft/ simplifier, and use these settings:

Go to effect/ Xero/ bad dream and use these settings.

Go to effect/ Xero/ illustrator with these settings.

Go to effect/ Xero/ Bad Dream and use the same settings.

Go to effect/ Xero/ Tekstya and use the same settings.

For a rag paper effect, go to effect/ creative/ particle. Scroll through the thumbnails on the bottom left until you find the one marked snow. For the particle color use #464646, and set the other settings as you see them here. Click ok, and then apply the current frame effects to image.

    Frame as you wish. :)
If you like my frame, you're welcome to use my Ripple Frame preset.
    :
To use: Import as you would any preset.
Right click on your image, and click all, then right click/ convert to object. Double click the preset. Add a shadow and then drag to a new canvas. Optimize and save.

Note: Converting your image to an object before applying the magic frame is good when you want to fill the background with a tile rather than a color. Otherwise, the magic frame will create a merged image with a background the color of your background color. I prefer to do it always because I often prefer to play with the background color to get just the right one. This method gives a lot more flexibility. :-)
