Click
on your path tool and in the toolbar at the top, make sure the shape is
set to rectangle.

Set
the mode to 3d round and choose the color you would like. Click on the
material button. |

In the
border/depth tab, make sure the depth is set to no more than 15.
Set the type of border to "out". Check the reflection tab to be sure that
there is no reflection in use.
Press
ok.
Click
and drag in your canvas to draw a rectangle a little larger than you want
your border to be.

In the
easy palette, open your gallery section, and click on material, then shading.
Double click shiny 2. |

Right
click on your rectangle and copy it.Prepare your strip for the stationery.
Say it is 250 high and 1152 wide. Right click in the new canvas, and click
again on paste.

With
your mouse, drag the rectangle so that you can't see the beveled edges.
Leave the beveled edges sticking out so they don't show in the strip.
If your rectangle is not high enough for this, use the transformer tool
to resize it so that it is higher than the strip, and so the bevel does
not show on top or bottom. In the image to the left, you can see
how the rectangle sticks out on the left, top and bottom by the outline
shown by the transformer tool. |

Paste
the rectangle on the new strip again. Click on object/arrange/send
to back Leave the new rectangle sticking out a little behind the
first one. repeat this for as many pleats as you wish.Add a shadow
to the one in the back if you wish, fill the background of your strip with
a color, and add an image. |
