Use the Flower 2 shape found in the frame shapes category.

Squeeze it into a retangular shape.
3.. Change color and
select 3D Round

2.. Position the cursor over the center boxes, click
on box.
3.. The box will then change to a square.
4.. Hold down left mouse and move square towards the

select Wave 2
2.. Use the Transform Tool to reshape
the Knot part.
3.. Change color and select 3D

Path to Image.

shape.
3.. Select Air Brush tool and paint around
edges.
4.. Select Retouch Tool to blend
color. Retouch tool looks like a water drop in this
